Abstract:A lox-hydrogen single-stage-to-orbit launch vehicle which is fully reusable offers the lowest possible cost per flight of any chemical rocket technology, including conceptual air breathing systems. We propose the Phoenix type of SSTO for a second-generation commercial space mission launcher.
